Lancaster City’s Summer Youth Experience:
The 9th Annual Rotary Wheels and Wings Festival & 5K
on Saturday, May 16, 2026
at Lancaster Airport and Brethren Village!
This wonderful event has grown to more than 1,000 attendees, 300+ cars being exhibited, 100+ runners and walkers, plus aircraft. This year, it will be bigger and better than ever!
The general public gets in FREE! Just come on out and enjoy the car show, Fly-In, food, music, children’s area and more! Onsite parking is just $5.00 per car.

No pets or brought-in alcoholic beverages permitted. Service animals welcome.
Wheels and Wings Car Show at the Lancaster Airport
Wonderful News! The car show exhibit area is now paved! No need to worry about mud, grass or uneven surfaces. While it’s a large lot, there are only so many spaces so it’s first come, first served. Also, there will not be adequate space for exhibitors to place pop-up tents behind their vehicles. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Early Bird Registration: $15 per car and ends Saturday, May 2, 2026. Pre-register using the red block “Reserve A Spot” through Saturday, May 2, 2026.
Onsite Registration: $20 per car available the day of the Show. Cash or check payable to “Rotary Club of Lancaster Foundation” accepted.
Show Trophies will be awarded.
Schedule:
· 8:00 a.m. Check-in and Registration. Goodie bags will be distributed to drive in participants. Quantities are limited so it’s first come, first served.
· 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Show
– Fantastic door prizes: Awarded to car show participants at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and noon. Must have vehicles registered and be on site for door prizes.
– Great raffle prizes: Drawing at 1:00 p.m.

No Festival would be complete without music, so we will be playing your favorites throughout the day.

5K Race at Brethren Village
Registration: $25 through Saturday, May 2 and $30 after Saturday, May 2.

Schedule (rain or shine):
7:00 a.m. Registration opens. Parking on the grass at Lancaster Airport.
8:00 a.m. Race begins.
A T-shirt is included while supplies last.
Medals will be awarded for top three male and female finishers in six age categories.

The Wheels and Wings Festival & 5K is a community fundraising event to benefit the Rotary Club of Lancaster’s Summer Youth Experience, A United Way Partnership. This program supports hundreds of Lancaster City youth through activities that teach leadership skills and prevent the academic “summer slide”. Your support makes it happen!
