Montclair Breakfast presents the second annual Citadel’s Sanctum, a one-day, all-ages music festival at West Art in the heart of Lancaster. The 2026 bill features Kassa Overall, Andre Lawrence, Arlo Walker and more — a mix of local and touring artists spanning hip-hop, EDM, indie, rock and alternative.
For one day only, West Art’s City Hall room is transformed into the Sanctum, with immersive festival decor, local food trucks, vendors, and Citadel’s Sanctum-themed cocktails poured at the West Art Bar.
What to expect
- Doors open at 2:30 PM; music runs 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Tickets are $50 in advance, and at the door if the show doesn’t sell out
- All ages — standing show in City Hall, and the space is ADA accessible
- Street parking around F&M College: the park side of Buchanan Ave, Race Ave, or College Ave north of Buchanan
- All ticket sales are final. Digital payments include a small service fee; cash at the door does not.
