Hi, I’m Felicia Rotella, and I’ve proudly called Pennsylvania home my entire life. For the past six years, Lancaster County has been the place I’ve been fortunate enough to call home, and it’s a community I’ve truly fallen in love with.
My interest in real estate began shortly after graduating from college. I always knew it was a career path I wanted to pursue, and once I settled in Lancaster County, I knew the time was right to turn that passion into reality.
Although I wasn’t born and raised in Lancaster, I understand exactly what draws people here. I’m a great example of someone who discovered the unique charm of Lancaster County, from its peaceful countryside and beautiful farmland to its thriving communities and vibrant downtown atmosphere. Whether you’re a lifelong resident, a first-time homebuyer, or relocating to the area, I enjoy helping clients find the neighborhoods and communities that best fit their lifestyle and goals.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my husband, exploring Downtown Lancaster, hiking local trails, or traveling whenever we get the chance. We also love taking our chocolate Labrador, Lady, for walks around the neighborhood. As self-proclaimed foodies, we’re always excited to discover and support Lancaster’s newest restaurants and local favorites.
