We love Lancaster. We started our married life here and raised our kids here, but we didn’t fully appreciate the Lancaster community until we left. In 2023, we spent a year out of state and began to notice all the things we missed about Lancaster.
In 2024, when we came back to PA, we wanted to do a better job of experiencing all that our community has to offer: spending more time with friends, meeting new people, going downtown, and eating at new restaurants.
We are starting this newsletter with Ben and Katie to celebrate Lancaster. We want to make it easier for other people who love Lancaster to learn about their town. We lament how disconnected the world has become, and we want to build a platform that brings people together in real life. That’s a big goal for a little community newsletter, but we’re excited to see where it goes.
Thank you for checking out the Lancaster Review, and we hope we get to meet you soon!
