A Sunday afternoon, family-friendly audio/video dance party at West Art. Aortic Valve turns City Hall into an all-ages dance floor: Evolution handles the audio with a set that nods to the past while looking forward, and VJCA runs visuals that blend obscure imagery with a streak of the avant-garde.
No cool-kid posturing — kids, grown-ups and questionable dance moves are all equally welcome.
What to expect
- Doors and music both start at 12:00 PM and run until 3:00 PM
- $5 per ticket in advance or at the door; family tickets (parents plus kids) are $10
- All ages and family friendly — a standing event in City Hall with limited seating available as needed. The space is ADA accessible.
- Parking may be available in the small lot across the street, plus street parking around Buchanan Park and F&M College
- The West Art Coffee Bar is open 7 AM to 10 PM daily: full espresso menu, beer, wine, cocktails, N/A options and bites from local bakeries
- All ticket sales are final.
