Life Changes Realty Group (LCRG) will host the Million Reasons Festival on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Penn Medicine Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, home of the Lancaster Stormers. Admission is free and the event is open to the public, though tickets will be required for some activities. The event partners with 20 local nonprofits and celebrates surpassing $1,000,000 in donations to local nonprofits through the company’s signature Pay It Forward program, in which every agent donates 10% of their take-home commission on every transaction to a nonprofit chosen by their client.

The Million Reasons Festival will bring together character appearances, bubble soccer, a cornhole tournament, a mechanical bull, a wrecking ball, a 65-foot obstacle course, a dunk tank, interactive games (including a football challenge, a jumbo fun house, and a 5-in-1 Hot Air Balloon combo), as well as nonprofit community booths for a family-friendly afternoon for all ages. The festival will also feature games, food trucks, a photo station, face painting, local artisan vendors, the ballpark pinball suite (available via tickets), and the ballpark kids zone will be available to festival-goers. Animals from Columbia Animal Shelter, Pet Pantry, and Acorn Acres will also be on hand. In addition, the UPMC Women’s Mobile Health Unit will be present for educational purposes and tours.

Admission is free, with tickets required for some activities. Every dollar raised will be returned directly to the participating nonprofits. Not a portion. One hundred percent of the proceeds. Every dollar becomes a direct community investment.
